WILL YOU RETURN MY TEXTS, CALLS AND EMAILS?

Yes! Without question and usually VERY quickly. Timely communication is especially important in real estate and I pride myself in responding promptly. Knowing that is a major frustration people have when dealing with agents, you can count on me to be available.

This is what I can tell you. I pride myself on being straightforward, sociable and authentic. Loyalty to my family, clients, and friends is a fundamental value that I hold dear. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and honest real estate professional that puts the needs of her clients first, I’m your gal.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT I NEED?

WHAT KIND OF WORK ARE YOU REALLY GOOD AT?

On a personal level, I’m pretty good at scrabble – the trick is to know all the 2 & 3 letter words! I’m also a fairly decent cook and can usually put together a pretty creative meal on the fly and I LOVE to entertain & host dinner parties!

On a professional level, here are the skill-sets that I’ve developed over the years: 

  • Listening. In this fast-paced world, unfortunately it’s can be a lost art.
  • 5 Star Customer Service. Over the years, I’ve gained a wealth of experience on what it takes to provide excellent service. Exceptional service is a MUST for me. BAD service is a major irritation for me. My personal non-negotiable is providing top notch service. I always strive to go above and beyond what my clients expect.
  • Strong negotiating skills. Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, in addition to countless successful negotiated deals.
  • Availability. I am not a part time realtor. I will work around your schedule. Days, evenings, weekends. I do like to take some time off once and a while, but you will always be taken care of by myself or my trusted partners that I work with.
  • My clients have also said that I’m: Authentic, Persistent & Reliable with a Good Reputation.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR TRACK RECORD FOR SALES/SUCCESS?

My dedication and hard work has paid off over the years. For example, from 2014 – 2022 in a brokerage with 240 other agents, I was always within the top 10 Realtor ranking. In 2022 I was awarded the Century 21, Centurion award which recognizes producers with a minimum of 71 units in the calendar year.
